Ogaden: Dozens killed by the army & the Liyu police militia
42 people mostly women and children have been massacred Jama Dubad village is located near the border between Ogaden Somali region of Ethiopia and Northern Somalia (Somaliland). An Ethiopian military patrolling the erea between Gashamo and Jama Dubad village confiscated a civilian car. The owners opened fire on the army and run in to the bush. The army asked for reinforcements and went in to the closest village which is Jama Dubad, surrounded the villagers and opened fire. 12 of the victims were collected from the mosque of the village. It was the first day of the holy month of Ramadan of this year of 2016.
